If your student athlete needs an affordable, convenient
Sports Physical,
you have come to the right place.
Physico, LLC conducts Sports Physical Clinics

in many locations throughout the Phoenix area.
We may be coming to your school, but even if we are not, your athlete can receive a
sports physical examination from us at any location that is posted on our clinic dates page.

You can make an appointment for a physical
at most of these locations by clicking on appointments.

There are a few locations that handle their own appointments. If you need a physical at one of these schools,

If your school hosts a Sports Physical Clinic, your athletic department can earn a portion of the proceeds, so
encourage your school administrator to consider this option.
