Physico Health Assessments has provided
thousands of Sports
Physicals on-site at schools and community centers. Now, the company is
expanding to provide Flu Shots and Health Screening of Adults. Physico
also provides corporate wellness and community health services
including immunizations and screening programs.
 Physico is owned and operated by
Arlene Faucon, RN, MSN, FNP-C,
and Lea Stein, RN, MSN, FNP-C, two
certified Family Nurse Practitioners with a combined 38 years experience in
Family Health.
Sports Physicals
In their years of practice, the two
Nurse Practitioners realized that parents often struggle to get their
student athlete’s sports physical completed every year. Six years ago,
Arlene Faucon and
Lea Stein founded Physico Health
Assessments to help families get comprehensive sports physicals that are
convenient and affordable.
Physico will set up a clinic at your School or Organization and provide the
physicals on-site. The physicals are private and confidential, and meet the
requirements of the Arizona Interscholastic Association. Physico offers a
convenient web-based appointment system. The cost of the physical is $25.00,
and a portion of the proceeds are donated back to the hosting school or
youth organization.
Corporate Wellness and Community Health
Turning their attention to adult health promotion, the Physico owners noted
that a primary barrier to early detection and treatment of disease is
accessibility to health care providers.
Many preventive services, like Flu Shots and Health
Screenings, are not covered by insurance, and it can be difficult to fit
a physician’s appointment into a busy work schedule. By bringing services
right to the individuals in need, Physico can offer health care that is affordable
and convenient to employees and community members.
Physico offers on-site Flu Shot Clinics and Health Screenings,
including blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar checks, with real-time
professional interpretation of results. Other services include screening for
health risks, cancer screenings, complete physicals, health education and
counseling. Physico will create a package of Flu Shot Clinics and
Employee Health Services that best meets the needs of your organization.
