Meet The Nurse Practitioners |
|
Arlene Faucon, RN, MSN, FNP-C graduated from ASU with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and then went on to earn her Master’s in Nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner certification. In the past fifteen years, she has provided health care to clients throughout the lifespan, from the newborn through childhood and adolescence, to adults and aging men and women. Adolescent health is of particular interest to her because it gives her the opportunity to help teenagers develop healthy lifestyles. Arlene has worked with Physico Health Assessments as co-owner and clinician for the past
five years, while maintaining her position in Women’s Health. Arlene is an avid sports and fitness enthusiast. She and her two children enjoying hiking, swimming, tennis, and many other sports.

Lea Stein, RN, MSN, FNP-C, completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona, and then received her Master’s Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at Arizona State University. She has provided health care to a diverse population in a variety of settings for fifteen years. Lea began her career working in a mobile clinic, delivering health care to rural farm workers. Since then she has worked in Family Medicine and Women’s Health. In the past
five years, along with her most recent work in Women’s Health, she and Arlene have owned Physico Health Assessments, performing hundreds of Sports Physicals to student athletes in the Valley. By working with adolescents, Lea believes she can help young people take responsibility for their own health. She is currently working on a novel about rural health and enjoys fitness walking, swimming and bike rides with her daughter.

As the owners of Physico Health Assessments, Arlene Faucon and Lea Stein believe that physical fitness is an important building block for a healthy mind and body. They enthusiastically support school athletic programs as a way to encourage physical fitness early in life.
